暖绒小院不要求注册账号，不包含广告或第三方分析服务，也不会在应用内收集、上传、出售或共享你的个人信息、游戏行为或设备标识符。

宠物、明信片、图鉴、设置和游戏进度保存在你的设备本地。自愿支持功能还会在本地保存 Product ID、未拆礼物数量、交易幂等键和回礼有效期，用于防止重复发放，并在你主动拆开后展示对应装饰。暖绒小院不保存支付卡、Apple ID、订单金额或商店账号信息。

卸载应用或清除应用数据可能删除上述本地记录。一次性永久的“小院守护者”可通过 Apple App Store 恢复；消耗型支持和对应的限时回礼不可恢复。

本地通知

只有在你主动开启通知后，暖绒小院才会请求系统通知权限。通知用于提醒已经发生或即将发生的游戏内容，例如收到明信片、毕业伙伴回访或纪念日。你可以随时在应用设置或系统设置中关闭通知。

通知计划保存在设备本地，不会上传到服务器。

存档导入与导出

你可以主动导出一份暖绒小院存档，或选择本地文件导入。导出时，文件只会交给你选择的系统分享目标；导入时，应用只读取你明确选择的文件。我们不会自动上传这些文件。

问题反馈与诊断信息

当你在设置中主动选择“报告问题”时，暖绒小院会打开邮件应用，并预填支持邮箱、App 版本与经过脱敏的运行状态摘要。发送前，你可以查看、修改或取消邮件。摘要不含宠物昵称、明信片正文、存档文件或设备标识。暖绒小院不会在后台自动发送报告。

网络与第三方服务

当前版本不依赖暖绒小院自有服务器，不进行跨应用追踪，也不使用广告网络、社交登录或云端分析服务。只有在你主动购买或恢复“小院支持”时，App 才会调用 Apple App Store 的 StoreKit 服务。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理下载、购买和崩溃诊断信息，这些处理不由暖绒小院控制。

儿童隐私

暖绒小院不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。由于游戏不提供账号、公开聊天、用户生成内容或定向广告，应用内没有向其他用户披露个人信息的渠道。

数据删除

你可以通过卸载应用删除设备上的暖绒小院游戏数据和限时回礼记录。删除前可在设置页导出存档；支持权益不包含在该存档中。一次性永久的“小院守护者”仍会保留在你的 Apple 购买历史中，并可在重新安装后主动恢复。若未来增加云端功能，本政策会在相关功能上线前更新，并提供对应的数据管理方式。

政策变更

若数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策的生效日期，并在应用或产品页面中提供合理提示。

Data we process

Hearth & Tails does not require an account and contains no advertising or third-party analytics. The app does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information, gameplay activity, or device identifiers.

Pets, postcards, compendiums, settings, and game progress remain on your device. The voluntary support feature also stores Product IDs, unopened gift counts, transaction idempotency keys, and thank-you gift expiration dates locally. These records prevent a gift from being granted twice and display its decoration only after you choose to open it. Hearth & Tails does not store payment card details, Apple IDs, order amounts, or store account data.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove local records. The permanent Garden Keeper purchase can be restored through the Apple App Store. Consumable support purchases and their fixed-duration thank-you decorations cannot be restored.

Local notifications

Hearth & Tails requests notification permission only after you enable notifications. Notifications can remind you about game events that have already happened or are approaching, such as a new postcard, a returning graduate, or an anniversary. You can disable them at any time in Hearth & Tails or in system settings.

Notification schedules remain on your device and are not uploaded to a server.

Save import and export

You may choose to export a Hearth & Tails save or import a local file. During export, the file is sent only to the destination you choose in the system share sheet. During import, the app reads only the file you explicitly select. Hearth & Tails does not upload these files automatically.

Problem reports and diagnostics

If you choose Report a Problem in Settings, Hearth & Tails opens your mail app with the support address, app version, and a privacy-safe runtime summary filled in. You can review, edit, or cancel the message before sending. The summary excludes pet names, postcard text, save files, and device identifiers. Hearth & Tails never sends a report in the background.

Network access and third parties

The current version does not depend on a Hearth & Tails server, perform cross-app tracking, or use advertising networks, social sign-in, or cloud analytics. The app contacts Apple StoreKit only when you choose to make or restore a Garden Support purchase. Apple may process download, purchase, and crash diagnostic information under its own privacy policy; Hearth & Tails does not control that processing.

Children’s privacy

Hearth & Tails does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no accounts, public chat, user-generated content, targeted advertising, or channel through which personal information can be disclosed to other players.

Data deletion

You can delete local Hearth & Tails game data and fixed-duration gift records by uninstalling the app. You may first export a save from Settings. Support entitlements are not included in exported saves. A permanent Garden Keeper purchase remains in your Apple purchase history and can be restored after reinstallation. If cloud features are added in the future, this policy will be updated before launch and will describe the relevant data controls.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change materially, we will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice in the app or on the product page.
